I agree. But something keeps us going, and it's a lot more than the fear of death - that's what puzzles me most?

ReplyDeleteThe only hope I find is in the rare true friend I've been lucky enough to find in this wretched world. And a true friend is like a diamond in the rust.

DeleteShe called it: "Diamonds and Rust." She's singing about Bob Dylan. I find it funny that he mocked her poetry - she was just as good as he was. Plus she had a better voice :-)
