Praying Is Lazy

Image result for praying is lazy
I touched on this the last time.  First of all, as usual, leaving children and the mentally disabled out of the equation, belief in god works as a basic intelligence test.  If you believe in god, you are not intelligent.  If you don't believe in god, then you might be intelligent.
Praying is lazy.  Instead of getting off your ass and really doing something for someone, you can just think, "God, please help Gladys."  That's it.  You're done.  Mission accomplished.  You didn't have to get off the couch.  You didn't even have stop stuffing your face with bonbons as though they were going to be discontinued tomorrow.
This douchebag customer came into my workplace recently.  He's a very talkative piece of shit that has nothing interesting to say.  One day, he came in and told a shitty story.  He had been waiting in line.  An old woman said something about Jesus.  The douchebag said something like, "Well, I'll pray for you right now."  And, according to him, the woman was so fucking surprised and happy.  He finished with this stupid look on his face, that was probably supposed to convey, "Isn't that an incredibly great story?"  Fuck, no.  It's one of the shittiest stories I ever heard.  Perhaps the woman was lonely.  Maybe she needed someone to do things for her that she can't do anymore.  Maybe she needed someone to just spend some time with her.  But, no, that would require time and effort!  Just think, or say, a quick prayer, and you're done!
My mother told me, at least once I can recall, that she was praying for me.  Thanks for nothing.  I could pray that I have intelligent, successful, competent, and caring parents, but that ain't gonna happen.
Jim Kelly, who is a former pro (American) football player, has had bouts with cancer.  I remember him, on TV, thanking people for their support.  Not sure if I remember exactly what he said, but the important parts, for this subject, are intact.  He thanked them for their cards, messages, and prayers, and, he added, "especially the prayers."  That annoyed me.  If someone is sending a card, or even just posting something on social media, then they're putting in more effort than someone who is just praying.  If you want to do something without doing anything, then pray.

Arrested

I used to be able to say that I've never been arrested: not any more.  I am a memoirist, so, for now, I'm thinking I'll save the full story for another one of my seldom-read eBooks.  Suffice it to say that I'm at the lowest point in my life so far, and that's saying something.
I've been dealing with the aftermath: court appearances, appointments with lawyers, and asking my job to let me go to these things.  I have a long road of pain-in-the-ass shit ahead.
Also, this has been a very shitty weekend as far as my asshole neighbor fucking with me goes.
I'm thinking I don't care about my life anymore.  Because of the depression I have, I've thought that the further I slide to the bottom, the better.  I'd rather be dead than alive.  I'm only alive because I'm a coward: too scared to commit suicide.  Life is a nightmare.  It really is.  And when I read stuff written by intelligent people, they back me up on this.  It really is insane that people procreate they way they do and continue this cycle of misery, pain, and suffering.  But I'm just repeating myself.
Fuck life in society on this planet.  Life is shit (in society) on this planet.  I'd throw it all away and be homeless in the wilderness if I wasn't addicted to toilet paper and showers.  Fuck you society, for getting me addicted to toilet paper and showers: the only good things you came up with.

This is Veganman

Don't judge a book by its cover.
The book I wrote, Veganman, is available here on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ZSHNT5I It's available on other countries' Amazon websites too.
This is the description I wrote for Veganman:
There is no book like this one. It is the definitive animal liberation novel. This book informs while it entertains. It’s violent, because it is an attempt to show people how animals are treated by treating humans the same way. This is an expression of vegan and vegetarian anger. Sadly, it’s not any more violent than the way animals are treated by people every single day. This is the rare story that’s more about animals’ happiness than people’s happiness. This is fiction for a reason. It’s fiction from the heart. Numerous ways in which animals are treated cruelly are addressed. This is a strange book. One chapter might contain violence, because it was necessary to liberate the animals. However, the next chapter might be quite different, because it shows how things have improved greatly for the liberated animals. This book is both an animal lover’s dream and an animal abuser’s nightmare. It’s a result of the author’s love for all animals; he is trying to change the world for their benefit. However, you don’t have to be a vegan to enjoy this story. It’s fresh, original, well-written, well-researched, packed with action, and even funny at times.
As a result of becoming aware of animal cruelty, Mike became a vegan. He read books and learned much about the many different ways in which people mistreat animals. Since people don’t need to eat meat, he became convinced that it was wrong to do so. He dedicated himself to helping animals in need: especially those living in horrible conditions under the control of humans. He used the traditional, non-violent methods to try to change hearts and minds about the way we treat animals, but, when that failed, he realized he needed to become the first true animal liberation soldier. He sent a letter to several media organizations that warned people to become vegans or face consequences. Only after he killed his first two victims, a butcher and a fur shop owner, did the media report the existence of the letter. He continued to punish “enemies of animals.” He also attempted to recruit people to join him. Eventually, people did join him, and the Animal Liberation Organization became a force to be reckoned with. Mike, now Veganman, led by blogging. Activist computer experts made sure his blog was virtually invisible to anyone who hadn’t been authorized to see it. Veganman blogged about different sorts of animal cruelty. The purpose of the blog was to help any animals that needed it. He also commanded his soldiers to liberate animals and punish any humans who got in the way. The liberated animals were transported to spacious sanctuaries where they would be taken care of by real animal lovers. The activists turned the tables on people who abused, or paid others to abuse, animals. They needed funding, so he ordered activists to rob people who had made considerable sums of money at the expense of animals. This fortune provided them with the means to fulfill their wildest animal rescue fantasies. What began with one man became a revolution.
Thanks for all the page views.
